All the staff are fantastic with me and my mum. Willing to help with my mum and make me comfortable when I come to the home.
They always have my mum ready when I come to take her out for the day. Staff are willing to answer your questions if any. Lovely atmosphere in the home on my mum’s unit always chatting and having time for my mum and me. Any issues are dealt with straight away by the staff. All the staff make you welcome and feel at home when here with my mum.
