We only share information with other parties who are involved in providing Care and Health related services to our Care Users, for example their G.P., Social Worker, Hospitals, Pharmacies etc., all of which are purely for the purpose of fulfilling the Care Contract.

Dukeries Healthcare do not carry out the setting of opt-outs on the Spine, and we do not access this information.

​

Our use of Care User data is reviewed on an annual basis to see if it is required for Research and Analysis.

Anyone wanting to update their Opt-In status, can do this via their G.P. or on the phone, or on the National data opt-out - NHS Digital web pages.
